As with many people who work in the helping profession, I was led here by personal experience and a passion to create a better future. I have experience providing in-person and virtual counselling services to support individuals and couples through a range of challenges such as depression, anxiety, stress, codependency, addiction, anger/conflict resolution, pain management, and grief.
After completing an undergraduate degree in psychology, I was drawn to pursue a master’s degree in social work because of the profession’s emphasis on the influence of an individual’s environment and other external factors on their mental wellbeing. This value system combined with personal experience and an interdisciplinary education allows me to bring an inclusive, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to my work. Using a foundation of trauma-informed and strengths-based practice, I will work collaboratively with you to identify a personalized counselling approach that is comfortable and effective for you.
I am currently pursuing a doctoral degree in social work at the University of Windsor, where I am researching barriers and facilitators to help-seeking for men. I am a firm believer that all people can benefit from counselling, and I am dedicated to creating a safe environment for people to work through the many challenges that come along with being human.

I am no stranger to the complexities and pressures that are present in parenthood and families and how we are simultaneously working against our own vulnerabilities and wounds WHILE trying to achieve the best version of ourselves. I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals across all ages and stages, but my true passion lies in supporting families to thrive! I offer individual, couples, and family counselling to children, teens, adults, and parents, with the goal of enhancing the health of everyone within the family unit. In addition to counselling, I’m excited to introduce social connection opportunities for mothers and groups dedicated to addressing barriers that families often face.
